This free preview organizes records you supply in one browser profile.
It does not check insurance coverage, determine what you are owed,
infer deadlines or contact an insurer. Your checklist and review
labels describe your own preparation, not a recipient's acceptance of
a claim.
1. Record facts and link originals
Create a claim and enter the incident date, description, contact
and reference details. Use
Add incident to timeline, then add dated events
for your own contacts and actions. Attach original JPEG, PNG, PDF,
UTF-8 TXT or CSV files and link them to specific events, expenses
or checklist items.
If a record has no supporting file, explain its source or
limitation. Original files are retained with byte sizes and
SHA-256 hashes; these identify the supplied bytes, not the truth
or authenticity of their contents. PDFs are download attachments,
with no OCR or active-content scan.
2. Keep costs and estimates distinct
Enter paid expenses, unpaid estimates and reimbursements
separately. Totals use exact minor units and keep currencies
separate. Net recorded spend is paid expenses minus recorded
reimbursements; estimates are not added to it. These totals do not
establish an amount recoverable from an insurer.
Duplicate candidates remain in totals. Exclude duplicates with a
reason, or explain legitimate separate records to clear their
review check. Excluded rows remain visible in reports. An included
row's unfinished or invalid amount stays in the draft, is left out
of totals and blocks a reviewed version.
3. Import the expense template
In Expenses, download the seven-column CSV
template:
date, description, kind, currency, amount, payee, reference. Keep that order, use ISO dates and choose paid,
estimate or reimbursement. Quoted
commas, quotes and newlines are supported. Each file may contain
up to 200 data records and be at most 1 MB.
Every row must validate before the import is applied. Review the
destination claim, each row and separate totals by currency, then
choose Add expense records. Cancel adds nothing.
The original
CSV and its hash are retained, with links to each data record.
Reimporting a source already linked to expenses is rejected. The
richer Export expenses CSV review file is not the
intake template.
4. Resolve checks and freeze a version
Add your own checklist items and dates. Only items you mark
required must be resolved before review. Calendar downloads
contain open dated items as all-day events; this app neither
determines deadlines nor sends reminders.
Use Versions & export to address missing
details, unsupported records, duplicate candidates and unresolved
required items. Enter a reviewer name and note to save a fixed
version. Later draft edits cannot change it. Names are
self-entered labels and timestamps use your device; this is not an
authenticated approval or an insurer completeness check.
5. Inspect the packet before sharing
Download a draft or selected reviewed packet. The ZIP contains an
offline HTML report, structured JSON, expense/timeline/checklist
CSVs, a deadline calendar and the selected claim's original
attachments. Other claims are excluded. Extract the complete ZIP
to retain the report and its original-file links.
Packets can contain names, references, notes, excluded rows and
sensitive original files. There is no automatic redaction. Image
originals may contain camera or location metadata. Print/PDF image
previews are bounded display copies, while originals keep their
full bytes. Check every exported file and recipient requirement
yourself; downloading does not submit a claim or send anything to
anyone.
6. Back up and recover this workspace
Use Export backup regularly and before clearing
site data or changing browser profiles. A full backup contains all
claims, drafts, reviewed versions and original files; it is
separate from a single-claim packet and should be kept private.
Restore checks structure and file hashes, sizes, types and
supported image decoding before asking to replace the current
workspace.
If storage is unavailable or full, keep the page open and export
the current in-memory backup. Competing-tab warnings prevent stale
writes; back up unsaved work before choosing
Reload saved workspace.
Remove unused files removes only originals no
longer referenced by any draft or reviewed version. Neither action
deletes files you already downloaded.
